Do you think it’s fair if a student fails a class and still makes a school sports team other than a student who has all passing grades to not make a sports team? This is completely unfair because if the person who has failing grades is on a sports team, it means they could keep failing and they don't get any punishment.The ¨No Pass, No Play Rule” states that you have to have passing grades to play school sports (¨Project Fact File” 160). Passing grades matter because you need to get a good education and make it on to college and be successful. The writer in the article, ¨How Important Are Good Grades to Career Success,¨ ¨Kids need to focus and do well in school, which will get them into a ´good´ college¨ (1). If you end up choosing school sports in college and you make the team,you will need to be careful of the injuries you could get.
