Fat soluble vitamins are normally stored in the body;we get these vitamins from food we eat. These vitamins dissolve in fat and are not excreted in the urine and are stored in the liver.
Water soluble vitamins are C and all the B complex
Water soluble vitamins are vitamins that our bodies cannot store. These vitamins can be dissolved in water when they are ingested, and are easily absorbed.
