Strengths A strength that the FH match platform has is that it helps consumers and professionals all be in one place. This makes it a lot easier for consumers to use FH match and find all their fitness and health professionals in one place rather than having to go through google. This allows consumers to be able to book appointments and make payments all through the website. Another thing I believe is a strength of this platform is that they allow consumers to be able to have access to the website without having to pay for an account. Many people may just decide to use google, or only listen to personal recommendations. I found that the FH match website is still fairly new only being active for about 4 years, a lot of the Health Professionals have no ratings which might make it hard for consumers to be able to pick a health professional when they don’t know how others experiences went. Another weakness that the platform might have is that they don’t have a way to confirm if the individuals who call themselves health professionals are reputable and actually professionally qualified. Although they allow the professionals have the option to upload photos of their certificates, there can still be times you can be unsure if they are real certificates. Another weakness that I believe the platform has is that in the FH match presentation it says that “No set up fees- Unlimited Free services:” but if you are a health professional and want to have access to be able to post your professional certificates you need to have a premium account which requires a monthly fee.
