The next location that we examined was at location number two. Once the product or the liquid is filtered, it goes into a pasteurization process where the liquid is heated up to 200°. As previously mentioned by Mr. Caplinger, this will kill any bacteria or anything that is alive. Any insects or bugs is it killed and disintegrated as it is heated up. As briefly stated, if there are any bacteria it will be destroyed. The product through the pasteurization process will take approximately 30 seconds before the product passes on to the next phase of the filler station process.

Our next location we examined was at location number three. At the site, product number three. After the product is pasteurized will go through a process called The Whole Group. This will maintain the temperature of the product at 200° as it will keep it at its right temperature to perform the job. The product will then be passed in the screen through a fine filter at 80 mesh microns before the product is passed through the Filler Process station.
