1. Planning ahead and having a strategic plan for the year. I think it’s always best to plan ahead accordingly to anything you do in life. Most of the time, things tend to work out far better when you plan them out. Sometimes things don’t always go the way you planned it but it always better to be prepared than not. Whether it is by something within the workplace, a natural disaster, or outside entity, employees should know how to protect themselves. Create a pamphlet or video that shows them where to go, what to do, and who to call when something goes wrong. There should be posted rules about how to keep the workplace safe for the customer as well. No one is going to want to enter a place that looks or feels like a condemned halfway house. This will leave peace of mind to you and your employees.
8. Implement technology. It is the time that all aspects of business are run through technology. Accommodating to all employees by implementing technology in the workplace can make workflow more efficient. Starting with online applications to assigning employees a work email address to online payroll, technology plays a huge role in companies all over the world. Offering all of this will make life easier for everyone. It is a proven strategy to look to social media when looking to find new applicants. It also a great and free way to
