Fitness as stated in [1] examines how fit the person can be, the diets and the benefits of a healthy diet and an active lifestyle. It can be achieved by performing exercises and workouts which can make the human body more fit and endure a lot of hard activities such as climbing and running for long distances. This essay will talk about fitness, how fitness can be achieved and the effects of fitness and exercises on the human body.

It causes a lot of diseases by weakening our immune system. This can be avoided if a person tries to exercises in a daily and regular basis based on [1]. This will strengthen the immune system of the body which will decrease the percentage of getting diseases. Furthermore, [1] says that exercises does not only affect the physical fitness of the person, it also affects the mental fitness by triggering chemical changes in the brain that can increase the concentration of the mind and improve it is mental health. In addition, [4] discuss the benefits of living the fitness life which can be achieved by exercising and physical activity. One the benefits is that exercises controls weight. It known that obesity is one of the common problems in the world. This can be avoided and controlled by exercising which is one of the solution for obesity. The second benefit described in [4] is it improves mood. No one in the world cannot be stressed from work or for other reasons. [4] states that physical activity launches several brain chemicals that causes a more happier and more relaxed person. It can also improve the confidence in oneself by letting him feel good about himself and his appearance if he exercise regularly. The third benefit is that it can improve the health condition. [4] says that physical activity keeps the flow of the blood smooth which decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
