1 Introduction 1.1 Summary of the case: The culture of the organization nowadays counted as one of the most valuable thigs all over the organization. Every company should change its culture to fit the country, which it in. At the beginning of the twentieth century henry ford achieve many things in the car industry field; for example, a manufacturing system called Fordism and it was very successful and has low cost of production; also brought the motor car within the budget of the ordinary family in the west. In 1990’s ford took control of jaguar; jaguar start to follow a new way of working. They start to work based on a rule of a different organization from different country and culture, which make a problem for the employees, because many employees at halewood had previously produced ford Escorts using traditional manufacturing which make them not encourage to show initiative, and they did not learn the new approaches that involved empowerment and flexibility. To manage the change in jaguar, ford started to work closely with a consultancy group called Senna Delaney Leadership, who have believe that the organization, which aim to change its strategy without changing its culture will have big resistance to change. In the early of 1990’s many employees was not used to take decisions for themselves; so the company try to get over this and encourage the employees to take owner ship. Some organizations have strong culture, and some other have weak one, and there are a big difference between them, in the organizations with strong culture you will find a main pattern in doing tasks; such as acting towards everything, which are sharing the core values and held by every member in the organization. As the more members will accept the core values of the organization, the more the culture will be stronger. Furthermore weak culture are not shared the core values among all the members and the rules are not accepted by most of the workers. Strong culture is what most organization try to achieve, because it make the employees motivated, decrease the turnover level, and have good customer relationship, and lead the organization to achieve its goals in short time.
