As a leader within an organisation it is crucial that you understand how to communicate your organisation’s mission and goals to those around you. In this section we will examine this process in detail. 1st of all I provide a company handbook to all my employees which include all objectives, values and standards. So they can read and understand everything. They got opportunity to ask question and give their feedback. When you are working in an organisation you always work in a team or groups. According to me everyone has an important role to play to make a positive and good workplace environment. Effective communication is strong binding between the employees and employers 1.I am working as a senior manager in Optus Company. I always communicate very friendly with my employees so they can share their work problems with me and trying to make a positive and friendlyenvironment. I provide training sessions to new employees. I told my staff that i am available all the time they can contact me any time. When my employees complete their challenge they got extra bonus.I always stand for my team so they can feel safe. I always encourage them which are very important. Culture can be defined as: "The behaviours and beliefs characteristic of a particular group." Corporate culture is; "The sum of the formal and informal behaviours that a company adopts as its way of doing business."cultureI involve in all cultural workplace activities .so we can improve and support cultural workplace. We creating events or charitable initiatives, and even participating in referral programs for new hires.
