Frank A. LoBiondo is the representative in district 2 of 12 in New Jersey making him the representative of Salem County. Frank LoBiondo voted yes to the bill to Ban Most Abortions After 20 Weeks. The bill is to ban most abortions after 20 weeks because the fetus can feel pain. The bill does give an exception that women can have an abortion after twenty weeks under the circumstance of rape, incest, illness and government agency legally authorized to act on reports of child abuse or a law enforcement agency. The rape and incest most be reported at the time it happened and the women most go threw 48 hours of counseling. While, I do agree with half of this I believe women have the right to choose whether or not they want or need an abortion.
