Now that Jenny has been acquainted as well as relaxed I would like to inquire about her past. Most of all, her childhood. Was there something in her childhood that led into her strange present? In Frog Music Jenny had attended an industrial school as a child. An industrial school is the equivalent of a juvenile detention center except with an education. Did attending such a strict school make her more prone to acting out consequently being rebellious, or did her rough schooling have nothing to do with her present? I would also like to investigate her family along with where she grew up. In the book we never really obtain where Jenny grew up or who her birth parents were. What would Jenny think of the women's rights movements? I would assume that all of these other strong women in pants might overwhelm someone from this generation, but I think she would have fit in nicely with everyone else. Would Jenny have a female role model that she looked up to from this past decade? I would like to think that she would be pleasantly surprised by all of the empowered women of our generation.
