The indoctrination aspect of this training will focus on instilling the businesses values, vision, and mission statement into the Game Advisor or team member. Game Advisor’s must understand that what they do is meaningful and needed for the business. Doing so will produce what Culturology calls “meaning amplification” (Kramer, 2012). Meaning amplification is when a person works harder because they know what they do is meaningful to the business. Game Advisor will understand they have a great impact to the business that they are more than just cashiers.
