At approximately 2143 Shift Supervisor Justin Riddle responded to a Code Red in the Central Services building. Upon arrival Riddle met with a Casper Police officer and began a floor by floor search. The problem was found on the first floor in the area commonly called the dock. The sprinkler sytem had malfunctioned and had flooded the area upon arrival. Shortly thereafter Fire Department arrived.
FACTS: Jenny Stracner an employee of the Laguna Beach Police Department was told by several people that there several vehicles were seen in front of Greenwoods resident and the vehicles were only there for a couple of minutes. Stracner investigated these claims by staking out the residence and witnessing the vehicles at the residence for herself. After staking out the residence, she asked the garbage man to isolate garbage picked up and Greenwoods residence and hand them over to her. While looking through Greenwoods trash, Stracner located evidence that led her to believe Greenwood was involved with drugs. Stracner then received a search warrant and found large amounts of cocaine and other substance in the residence.
On Friday July 29,2016, at approximately 2:30 pm, Security Counselor Patrick Johnson of the inspire Nola Charter School Association Security Department, currently assigned to Edna Karr High School , Located at 3332 Huntlee Dr, in new Orleans Louisiana, 70131,had an occasion to investigate the misplacement of a laptop cart containing multiple laptops. S/C Johnson offers the following report. On Friday July 29,2016 at approximately 12:00pm Mr. Chris Reed a teacher at Edna Karr High school discovered a cart containing multiple laptops next to the trash dumpster. Mr. Reed brought the cart back into the school and reported his findings to head of school Harold Clay.
Colin Newmark was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer was life threatening. His parents were Christian Scientists and refused to consent for chemotherapy for Colin. Their refusal was protected under State Law as it exempted parents from the neglect and abuse statutes if the refusal was supported by medical reasons. The plaintiff, Child Protective Services petitioned to continue treatment for Colin.

Gene Brucker offers insight into the lives and minds of 15th century Italy through a court case about Giovanni and Lusanna’s involving the legality of their marriage. He utilized several primary sources to provide a descriptive narrative of this case. Even though Brucker used primary sources, primarily notarial sources, these show clear evidence of bias, and in turn these biases are reflected in his work. To begin with, Brucker’s primary material falls into the legal category, notarial sources, from Ser Filippo Mazzaei. Although these legal works supply the evidence and court battle that occurred, these don’t provide a clear voice to the defendant, Giovanni, nor the plaintiff, Lusanna.

Trevor Jones has been skipping school, doing drugs and previously charged with DUI. Trevor’s plan was to sell a handgun then steal it back, so he would end up with the gun and all of the money. Summary of the Incident Only eleven days into his new job as a New Jersey State Police trooper, Justin Hopson witnessed an act by his training officer that would challenge his moral convictions and change his life forever. During a traffic stop in March 2002, Hopson watched his partner arrest a woman for drunk driving who had not even been behind the wheel. Throughout the court proceedings in this case, Hopson chose not to violate his principles, and refused to validate his partner’s version of events surrounding the arrest. From that point forward, Hopson was targeted by fellow officers in an effort to silence him about this event, and other alleged police misconduct.
Kalief Browder, a 16 year old who was arrested for a robbery he did not commit. He spent three years in jail with no conviction. James Brown an impoverished day laborer, charged with murder and waited eight and a half years for his case to go to trial. Meanwhile waiting for his trial, his alibi witness had died of kidney disease. Kalief nor James could afford bail, so they had to suffer in jail for a crime they did not convict.

But in the case of Andrew Bedner there are many ethical issues and in the end the case is not resolved in a proper amount of time. Bedner abused his baby and tried to take advantage of the fact that he was the surrogate. The baby died before the court could decide on appointing a new surrogate.
In 1974 Ehrlich Anthony Coker was sentenced to multiple life sentences in a Georgia prison for rape, murder, and the kidnapping of a teenage girl. On September of the same year, Coker escapes and forced his way into the residence of Carvers near Waycross, Ga. Entering the residence through an unlocked door Coker tied up Allen(the husband) and sexually assaulted his wife Elnita. Then threaten Allen’s life and abducted Elnita and took their vehicle but was later caught by police. As a result, Coker was charged with rape, armed robbery, motor vehicle theft, and escape.
