Historically speaking there is a vast uneven distribution of degrees earned by different genders. Women usually go into fields such as education and health studies. There is a gender over saturation issues in many jobs that the employer has to account for. Many females don’t pursue an occupation in political science. In order for this to change, there needs to be a change in cultural ideology in America. Kids need to need conditioned to stray away from traditional roles, in order for there to gender equality for future generations.
