Geoffrey B. Small is a fashion designer that decide to take a different look at things. He liked the clothes that people wore, but he cared more about what people knew about the quality of those clothes and how it impacted the environment. The key was the social responsibility behind the consumer, are they willing to spend more if they can’t afford more even if it means helping the environment. Small says it himself that he looks for new ways to satisfy his customers without compromising his ideals. Meaning that he understands the social aspect that not everyone views his product as its able to meet their needs. Also he believes it is his company responsibility to set an example for others businesses. Though he gets the key that marketing relationship is what balances it out because what Smalls business does that’s different is its said that Small points out something that has a bond between one human and another creating that link.
