George Berkeley was a Philosopher in 1685-1753 which believe that Locke ultimate reality is substance is right. Berkeley agree with Locke that all knowledge comes from sense of experience, but disagree with the distinction Locke makes between primary and secondary qualities. Berkeley is being classified metaphysically as a Subjective Idealist. The reason he argues with Locke because their no substance back up his knowledge theory.
