Georgetown's self-proclaim to be a great place to work, to me, starts from services provided by HR, i.e., world-class speakers, community service projects, etc. GTU has a global connection that is steadily expanding and will require more HR services as more renowned faculty are hired. I thought Lynda.com had more career-based training materials; although HR related, did not focus on performance- based learning and supports that mold employees to align with GTU's goals and strategic plan.
