A pseudoscience an idea that is an idea that is mistaken for being true or scientific fact. Just because a topic or idea is hard to prove or explain does not mean that people can take the easy way out and try to pass it off as a paranormal encounter. The pseudoscience topic that has been a timeless sensation is the idea that ghost still wander the earth looking for humans to victimize. This is such a controversial but with the scientific advancements that we have today it’s safe to say there is no such thing because there is not machine or scientific that can prove a ghost existence. The idea of ghosts has been very popular because people want to believe that there is proof of some type of afterlife and want to find comfort in that when thinking about their death. Ghost Hunters was a popular show that pooped up in the early 2000’s that claimed they had the answer when it came down to proving the existence of ghost. This show changed millions of people’s mindset on the probability of ghost because of the evidence that they claimed to be credible. For example, their so called scientific method has many flaws. They pretty much walked in the dark with a microphone that captured voices and would review the recordings later and find “evidence” of ghost. Their audience is quick to believe their tricks and antics because of the so-called science that appeared on their show.
