This paper will show my reflection capacities which I have been involved during my clinical practice unit class and I want to gain during my clinical reflection. The model of reflection which gives me a decent structure to reflect my skill is Gibbs model (Gibbs, 1988). With help of Gibbs cycle, it is easier for me to reflect my experience step by step. My class period had me learning a number of skills as far as administering the subcutaneous injection are concerned. Medication mistake can be a very danger for patient and frequently reported errors in health care system in Australia.
