The first thing i'm gonna do is harescramble/enduro. Harescramble/Enduro harescramble you race in the woods for 2 hours without stopping and it hurts after words because of cramps. Enduro is very hard it's a lot of bug obstacles you have to ramp like hugs tires huge logs etc.. It is not as dangerous as motocross and supercross but it can still be really dangerous. I race harescramble.

Ever since my sisters did cross country and for the two years I did in middle school, running through a forest trail has been entertaining to me. I tried track and field, but the circular path that confined us always bored me. People
I ran in my middle school’s track team for two years. I ran the mile, one hundred meter dash and triple jump. Out of all the events I participated in I absolutely despised the mile, I hated the aftermath the most. The feeling of my lungs burning, legs aching from the long run and the heavy asthmatic breathes. Although the mile had several cons, I loved the challenge and I was too stubborn to quit.
In high school track, the longest possible distance that can be run is two miles. Track races can vary from 100 meters to 1600 meters and may include hurdles. Track teams contain various types of runners. They include sprinters, medium distance runners, and long distance runners. Track competitions consist of several races because of the many different distances that are run.
If you believe you can do it, you can. Cross country has so many perks. I know from my own personal experiences in the sport. Because of this sport I learned the benefits of hard work as well as teamwork. The skills you acquire from being in cross country are essential to know, and help you to succeed in today 's society.
It helps them because after doing it for a while, they will have more endurance. Running cross country will help people run farther faster without getting tired. Running cross country is easier said than done. Unlike other sports, players are running off road. Depending on what grade they are in, they run different distances.
Here is some information about me. First like track basketball and cross country. Some reasons that I like track and cross country are because I like the feeling that I get when I cross the finish line. I also like to run long distances. Some of the reasons that I like to play basketball is because I love when you make a shot and everyone starts cheering.
I enjoy doing cross country because the people I do it with. I like our coaches they are very positive and fun to be around you can always hear them cheering you on at the meets. I like my teammates they are always nice and also cheering you on at the meets. Cross country has taught me to be a better team mate and to relax and just have fun. Motocross is the most physical,demanding, and dangerous sport in the world. Motocross is motorcycle racing which consists of winding tracks full of multi-terrains and large jumps. The average season is year round. that is if riders race arena or supercross through the winter. To be a Professional dirt bike rider you must have 100 amatuer points to become a pro racer.

Volleyball I am not going to argue that this is the best sport because this is supposed to be informative essay not argumentative essay, but I will say it is a much better sport than most.
