Introduction Goodlife Fitness is the largest fitness company in Canada 4th largest fitness club chain in the world with over 300 locations. Goodlife Fitness was founded in 1979 by CEO of Goodlife Fitness David Patchell-Evans. He has published books and is in the front cover of two million seller books. Therefore, COO Jane Riddell went undercover as She took over the business and the number of club became 300 from 23. In her background, her mother was passed away when She turned six and her family didn't have much money. However, she was successful woman since she obtained master's degree. For example, sales consultant Brian said "we have a few maintenance guys that work on the gym constantly but if something looks like it's not going right." The organisation in Goodlife Fitness need to identify factors underlying the issues in organisation. The solution is using mechanistic organisations (Kinicki, Scott-Ladd,Perry & Williams, 2015) to be centralised hierarchy of authority, make a clear rule and employees are closely supervised. Employees will work harder if they received added attention (Moyo) Especially, this mechanistic organisations are important due to there are over 300 locations and need to be the smoothest possible to fix a problem such as managing equipments because most of gyms runs for 24 hours and all members should be satisfied with services as they pay for
