We have finished. We finished the journey. Today is the day that will go down in history books. Everyone will remember the Meriwether Lewis and William Clark expedition. They’ll call it “one of the greatest expeditions of all time.”
Our dad would have been 76 today. I miss him as much today as I did the day he left his earthly body behind to transcend into the heaven. The older I get the more I realize just how lucky we were to call him Pops! I wouldn't be the man I am today without his guidance.
Today, John Thornton and I are at the Eldorado Saloon. It’s sixty below zero right now and I am freezing my paws off. Every man here is bragging about their dogs. I think I heard one say his dog could pull 500 pounds.
In my past, I would burst outside to play in the sunshine whenever I got the chance. I would live a hundred different stories all at once, much like a swallow seems to do. For instance, my friend and I would often pretend we were dragons, or birds, and would swoop about on the swings and jump off, learning how to ‘fly’. It usually resulted in several bruises and a sore ankle. However, it was the spirit of the flight that counted.
Sometime, we see stuff too far to reach and stop ourselves from trying. We say that other people bring us down from our dream, but what we need to realize is that the only one that can wake up from that dream is us. I want to be someone. I want to be known.
Hope all is well with you and family. It seems that Kathryn and Dorreen are arranging a get together for Sunday, which is great. Also, they would like to go to the movie to see "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2. I just checked the showtime on Sunday and thinking to catch a 1:30 show.
Thank you for this opportunity. I apologize for the delay. I admit that I am not a great writer and should you not ask me to come in for an interview, I humbly welcome any constructive criticism in it 's place. I look forward to your response.
Today we will be visiting the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial in Washington D.C. It was dedicated by Barack Obama and was established in October of 2014. Good times to visit are from 10 am to 4 pm. The must see list is The voices of the Veterans, the reflecting pool, and the star fountain & ceremonial flame. First we will be seeing the Wall of Gratitude and is a quote from George Washington from 1783.
Come to Pennsylvania! With religious freedom and civil liberty, we’re second to none. We don’t embellish slavery but instead, peace. In addition, each land owner has the right to vote. We have a representative assembly, to portray the citizens needs.
"Right here, this was it" Jonathan says. He points to a regular looking tree. "That 's what you said about the last three" Mike says. "I know, but this has to be it.
It was my wish. It was everything I dreamt about. Back then, I was so sure that, at some point in the future, I would be able to fly.
Marching band; copious amounts of people scoff at the sound of those words. I often hear students commenting on how easy marching band is, how we don’t train like the football players do. At Anderson High School, that’s not the case, the marching band trains for just as long. As a band of over 125 individuals, it takes determination, pride, and confidence to achieve the goals we have set forth to accomplish. As a leader of the saxophone section, I know what it’s like to face failure, to overcome and turn it into success and to march on with confidence.
I watched your discussion with Bill O’Reilly where you shared your experience in fighting lung cancer. Congratulations on your success. You looked great, and you are an inspiring force with your perseverance and drive to beat the daunting odds. I had a major heart attack at the age of 42 and recognize how precious life is and the limited time we have. I am writing you in response to the frustration you experienced within the healthcare system in seeking the best care.
Lone Star High School is a location where students can feel secure and have many opportunities to showcase their skills and leadership qualities. Our campus is built upon five figurative pillars; Integrity, Strength, Stewardship, Loyalty and Perseverance. These pillars are what make us the admirable school that we are today. I believe everyone of our students must have these five qualities in order to ensure success now and later on in the future. As a student I believe that for one to have integrity they must show signs of righteous ethical morals.
We packed our stuff and headed to a nearby airport station where our journey would soon begin. We were gathered and waiting to enter the plane with other families like us who seemed to be headed to the same destination. I couldn’t help but laugh when looking at the plane thinking that it had no way of taking us to our destined point. I soon came to be wrong when it lifted off and began to fly above the clouds while the country become more distant with each blink of an eye. I soon remembered a past memory of a time where I flew a kite as reaching and soaring to new heights while searching for new places to discover like the plane that was searching for our next stop where we would soon live.
