This decision and Army disciple has greatly impacted my decision making process which help me to become one of the 10% of females to make SGM.
I never thought I would be the Last but I AM…I’m the Last serving member of the WAC. I stand firmer and in an honorable position to say I AM THE LAST but I will never be the LAST women to strive for greatness. Y’all are my legacy. It is an honor to for me to gaze out and see my, the WAC, and the Army legacy sit before me. As women, we must continue to share our uphill battles, triumphs, and success. You set the tone of your legacy!!!
Being the ONLY when achieving Greatness, it comes with a list of I’s. Only, you can make the first step to achieve greatness in your life. I call it the Three I’s of Readiness. And we know readiness is important in the military and life. Therefore, you must take Initiative, Improve your mission, and Make an Impact. Remind yourself daily, “ I support excellence and excellent support is what I am and what I give” I’m the First, the Last, the Only to make a difference in all I do….On the Line…
