How do you know is if someone is a hero or a tyrant? A tyrant is a single ruler who abuses his power. A hero is a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. During the French, Mexican, and Haitian revolution there were a lot of tyrannical actions, but there were also a lot of heroic actions to challenge the existing social, political and economic system.
To decrease climate change, citizens can garden, reduce the use fossil fuels, and monitor where their food comes from. These life changes can make the ordinary citizen a combatant against global warming and climate
Whenever we burn fossil fuels, we release excess amounts of greenhouse gases into our atmosphere. The Liberal government plans on resolving this issue by reducing the environmental footprint of each Canadian. In order to do so we will move on to more renewable and environmentally-friendly ways of energy generation. We will conduct more research and development in order to make renewable resources such as solar, wind, tidal and geothermal, more easy to harness and implement them into various modes of transportation and public institutions. When we breathe in radon gas, the toxic particles actually stick to our lungs and have the ability to alter our cells. The EPA’s acceptable level of radon gas is hundreds of times higher than the acceptable levels of carcinogens in our food and beverages. The new law does not require mitigation be completed for homes with unsafe levels, but only that the home be tested before a sale. Consider how much time your family spends in the basement and lower levels of the house where radon exposure is highest. There are many solutions to this problem such as the use of hydroelectricity, wind energy and solar energy. By having advertisement for a monthly event for the use of more public transport, walking to work or school or riding a bike, this would decrease the amount of emissions evidently. We could also reduce pollution by using more green households, environmentally friendly products and not litter. Planting trees can help prevent pollution as it cleanses the air and also avoid using aerosol products as can pose as safety hazards. By doing just a few things it could change the outcome of our future from pollution.
People complain about pollution from factories, cars, global warming, and the melting of polar ice caps, yet many people disregard the dangerous that come with fracking. Fracking is the process of injecting liquid at high pressure into subterranean rocks, and/or boreholes to force open existing fissures and extract oil or gas. Fracking is causing an epidemic economically and environmentally. Fracking is continuously destroying the earth day by day. From the endless fracking today’s economy is depleting.

It will most likely end up in a landfill somewhere or in the ocean, and as you may think that your actions do not impact the world, think again.
