According to dictionary .com the definition of group think is the practice of approaching for solutions which mostly dealt with understanding of a group rather than individuals acting independently, as well as conformity. In addition Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that is that is occurring in the group thinks and its need is in harmony or conformity of the group results in a way of irrational or dysfunctional decision making out come. Groupthink is a certain members control the ground for decision. In a group decision individuals are always swallowed or dominated by the group. These isolated or nonmembers of the decision making bodies, have been brought to the meetings and they appeared with critical ideas which will be useful for the group and may their comments provide success in persuading or influence them with their assumption. If group isolation helps to promote group think, which known as mindless and dehumanized polices there should be steps taken to prevent insulation for the members of a policy planning group.
The steps as follows,
1.All members of planning group should discuss carefully with their associates within their home or office those who are considered trusted ones and to report back to the planning group the outcomes gained from where the source related to comparatively independent thinkers.
2. To invite all policy making groups, including the representative from other branches who are known as critical thinkers and experts from outside including their colleagues even if they are not core members of policy making regardless all are assumed sensitive to moral issues and they have the ability of presenting their ideas effectively, and this will be the so called a safeguard.
