1.) I choose to do graph how many of my workouts were done with a partner, group, or solo. I choose to graph this to encourage me to have more variety in my workouts. Since I have a basketball class, it is very easy to count that in as my work out for the week but I should really go to the Kaplan Center more or try new ways to exercise. Some examples could be going to the track or going to the gym with my friend.
1.) After seeing my graph, I was sure that I had to make some changes in my exercise because all of them were group workouts when it could have done some with more variety. Some changes my graph made me see are that I need more variety in my workout. I can tell I have been getting demotivated since I only put down my basketball
