Hi, I’m Haley Fox, a detective for the “Virginia State Police Department.” Recently, it has been brought to my attention that a man, whom we do not know the name of, is going on a rampage, killing innocent people in their sleep. I’ve done some various research on this man, based on what we do know, which includes digging up some of his records here with the police department. Strangely enough, we’ve noticed that this isn’t the first time that this man has killed someone. This unexplained killing, and the reason behind the killing, has led us to believe that maybe this man is crazy. But if so, why was he never offered help in the first place? Why wasn’t he arrested for the murder he committed years ago? Should he be held accountable for his actions, regardless his mental state? If so, where should we put him, an asylum, or prison? Right now the detectives and I feel like we have more questions than answers, but hopefully, …show more content…

The first order of law we have to address is the murder that this man has already committed. The other detectives and I have already looked more into the details of the murder. Apparently, this murder was committed in his own home. An old man, whom we also do not know the name of, had been staying with him. The reason for this, I have yet to find out. I have a suspicion that the death was planned, maybe this man had something against the old man, but this suspicion cannot be proven. It is revealed in later text that late, every single night, for some of the last days of this old man’s life, this other man, the killer, crept into his room and just watched him. Watched him sleeping, watched his eye. Apparently this old man had what was described as an “evil eye.” The killer, or the other man, appeared to have some kind of infatuation with the old man’s eye, maybe he was scared, maybe he was feeling threatened, we do not know.
