On November 26, 2017, at 2:41 P.M., Officer T.Cramblett #1191 responded to 1457 Schrock road, on the report of a stabbing. Officer Cramblett arrived at scene at 2:45 P.M. and observed a male black wearing all black clothing, tan work boots, and a yellow knit cap standing in the parking lot of dispatched location. Radio had aired the description of the suspect prior to Officer Crambett's arrival, and the description was a exact match to the male in the lot. Officer Cramblett also observed a taller male black with blood on his face standing about three feet away from the suspect engaged him in conversation. Victim #1 stated that suspect #1 had been picking at him all day at work. Victim #1 stated suspect #1 had attempted to get him to engage him in a physical altercation multiple times during the day but he refused to participate. Victim #1 stated he stepped outside the building and was grabbed, then thrown to the ground by suspect #1, who then jumped on top of him placing a large kitchen knife to his throat. Victim #1 stated suspect #1 then accused him of stealing a pair of head phones from him as he held the knife to his throat. Victim #1 stated he struggled with suspect #1 over the knife pushing it away from his throat, but suspect #1 then pushed it into his mouth, then pulled it out and placed it across his face pushing down with all his body weight. Victim #1 stated at this point another male came out of the building and observed what was happening, and that's when suspect #1 got up and walked away. Victim #1 sustained minor scratches to the neck and face area, along with a small cut to the inside of his mouth. He was transported to St. Ann's Hospital and treated by Dr. Cotton for his
