Have you ever been excited to attend a Halloween party, and suddenly remembered you need to stop at a retail store and pick up one more bag of candy or just some extra fake blood, only to have your Halloween buzz killed by the alarming sight of Christmas merchandise crowding every last inch of the Halloween isle, surely to mix up your emotional state of mind.
Apparently this is not just my own personal observation, and this epidemic actually has a name, and it?s called ?Christmas Creep? a term that came about around the mid-eighties. (Maxwell)

I like Christmas and celebrating the Holidays with my family and friends just as much as the next guy. I can even embrace the ugly Christmas sweater .What I don?t like is the feeling of Christmas being jammed in our face before we even have a chance to finish Halloween, and start the execution of Thanksgiving. To me ?Christmas Creep ?is a personal definition of being impatient buy retailers to make up financial ground too soon and its offensive, and just not right in any way shape or form. It?s upsetting the natural order of celebration and just seems so out of place and to me it?s downright wrong. I mean three really is a crowd, Christmas please wait your turn after Halloween and Thanksgiving. If retailers want to sale holiday merchandise out of season then they should dedicate a year round space.
The very last thing on my mind in October is Santa Clause and eight tiny reindeer. I personally believe nobody wants this, I recall that the start of the so-called Holiday season to come right after the Macey?s Thanksgiving Day
