Harold Hutchins is six years old, he has a bad haircut and his best friend is George. Harold lives with his mom and sister in Piqua, Ohio. His parents got divorced and his dad moved to Nevada. Harold is a quiet boy with a big imagination. He likes to draw monster and superheroes. He loves getting lost in his paper and pencil adventures. George is five years old and Harold is his best friend. George moved from Michigan to Ohio and his neighbor is Harold. George is a very smart kid. George’s former teachers had suggested that he skip ahead to third grade but his parents want him to stay in a classroom with kids like his age. There were three settings the story took place, in Piqua State Penitentiary, Piqua Juvenile Detention Center and Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. Mr. Krupp, George and Harold got arrested because their evil twins robbed a bank but the police didn’t believe this so Mr. Krupp went to Piqua State Penitentiary and George and Harold went to Piqua Juvenile Detention Center. …show more content…

But Schmorden didn’t know that Tippy was going to build a robot suit and escape jail. When Warden Schmorden asked Tippy to show the statue, he pulled off the tarp that was covering the robot and jumped in the robot and escaped but before he escaped he saw Mr. Krupp on the ground. Tippy picked Mr. Krupp from the ground because his face was familiar. Tippy’s purpose of escaping was to kill Captain Underpants but what he didn’t know was that Mr. Krupp was Captain Underpants. Mr. Krupp turned into Captain Underpants and he fought Tippy but Tippy escaped by going back to time and the story went back to
