Prince had to live up to his dad legacy by being the king of the streets just like his father was and had to have revenge on the officer that set his dad up and killed him.
The Regulatory Compromise (Chapter three) starts off with discussing the influence that philanthropy had on politics around the time of the World Wars and depression of the early 20th century. One of the problems that existed at the time was the urge to influence laws with the power of philanthropy. An example of this is the court ruling against the validity of a gift for women’s rights because it was aimed to “directly and exclusively change the laws”. During this time, being philanthropic in order to gain political power, or change laws, was not accepted. There were certain rules against whether or not a charitable gift was even considered “charitable” depending on the purpose it was meant to serve.

The responsibility of keeping service users safe should be on all the employees. The Health and Safety at Work Act imposes duties on employers and employees to protect individuals. To enable these duties to be carried out (Deepingspractice.co.uk, 2015) GP surgeries have a sharps bin, which is for the disposal of sharp instruments, such as needles. This bin should be kept open and not filled to a certain level because the lives of the patients may be at risk.

Safety rule number 20 states, “That no loose fitting clothing or jewelry may be worn.” To add to his troubles John did not report the fire to the teacher but try to put it out himself. Thus violating rule number 11 which states to report all spills, fires etc.

Life expectancy in the United States greatly improved over the years for HIV positive people, from 11 years in 1996 to over 20 in 2004. This being said the stigma is still very strong. Therapists have a duty to intervene when clients pose a grave danger to themselves or to others. We need to consider that point before breaching confidentiality. Breaching confidentiality can sabotage the therapeutic relationship and eliminate the opportunity to influence behavior change in the future.
Task 2 7 / C.P6: Compare the influence of different health and safety laws or policies on health and social care practice in a selected setting There are several different health and safety laws and policies that vary between settings in health and social care aimed towards different legislations that must be followed, and have resulted in improvements in health and social care practice. It is important that these legislations are followed by service providers in order for them to promote safe practice and to fully understand their responsibilities under these legislations. Some of the legislations include the Health and Safety at Work Act etc 1974, the Data Protection Act 1998, the Care Act 2014, the Care Standards Act 2000 and the Equality Act 2010.
