If we supposed that the service level agreement states that the system would not be offline or unavailable more than 45000 seconds a month then the goal would be to stay away from exciding the stated time. In the data from the years 2009-2017 we can see that the average total downtown is 44151.24 and we can determine that for the most part we are keeping with the goal of not exciding the 45000 mark. In the histogram, we can also see that there was also a high number of occurrences were the system was offline or unavailable for more than 45000.

The responsibilities of an employer and employee under health and safety legislation, was founded in 1974. The most cost-effective is a self-contained unit or "through the wall" system. This type of unit is just what it says. The evaporator and condenser are built into one unit which sits in the wall and vents from the cellar to the adjacent room. For this system to work, you must have a room next to the cellar that is at least twice the size of the wine cellar you are cooling and has heat and air conditioning. The unit will give off heat as it removes that heat from the cellar.
As a nurse, needle stick injuries are one of my biggest fears, and I’m really sorry to hear that it happened to you, and that you had to get OSHA involved in order for your workplace to adopt safer work conditions. In my opinion, nurses should have every right to demand safe needle devices as a part of a safe work environment, because they are the ones most frequently injured (United States Department of Labor, n.d). Under the regulation number of 1904 every employee is required to keep a sharp injury log, and OSHA records and reports this information yearly. Perhaps, by looking at these numbers, employers can take appropriate and safer measures in order to promote a safe work environment for their employees. Thanks for sharing your

A service user usually has a MARS sheet where the medication that is administered in signed off by the care worker that last administered it to them, so that the care support worker can clearly see that last time the medication was administered to service user, and when they are next due to have the medicine.
