Yoga is becoming very popular in the United States. Though this way of life was not originated in the United States but in India, yoga is a way to free your mind and body. Yoga is becoming so popular in the United States that you can now see establishments who particularly offer Yoga. Not only can you see establishments, but if you enter a shopping center like Target, Wal-Mart or TJ Max, they too have a section just for Yoga users. Yoga can be used in many methods such as to liberate the mind, health benefits, a means to working out or a tradition. Many Americans are beginning to use yoga as a way to liberate the mind.
