Clay woke up to the loud, and obnoxious screeching of the alarm clock that rested on the floor next to his bed, he groaned in annoance at realization of consciousness, wishing sleeping felt longer. After laying there for another five minutes with the alarm blaring in the background, he desided to get up. The feline streched his frail wings out, making the muscles inside shiver slightly from the lack of use for the past few hours. After a bit more stretching in bed, Clay lazily slipped out of bed, his paws hitting the floor with a muffled "thump", due to the carpeted flooring. He walked over to his dresser, opening the top-left drawer.
