Many people attend these Friday Night football games because they see it as a tradition. I was never quite able to understand this until after I graduated high school and had been attending the games every fall Friday night for four years as a part of the marching band. Now as a recent graduate of Cambria Heights, I have come to understand the meaning of these Friday night football games like everyone else does. These games are not just a time to come and see an entertaining football game or the marching band performance (although those are perfectly great reasons to go!), but it is a time to catch up with friends, both those who we see often and those who we do not see so much anymore. These Friday night games serve as a time where people
During sixth grade, my teacher called on me to read in front of class. While I was reading I kept making mistakes. I could hear the class giggling or making fun of me. However, I used all those negative comments as motivation to be the best I could be. Currently, I am about to graduate by the end of this semester with a biology degree with distinct honors.

So for the rest of that day my mind went back and fourth, are they real, are they not and that just kept crossing my mind at that moment. It got pretty bad to the point we 're I couldn’t really concentrate about school.

S is for School I was really nervous on the first day of school. I was afraid that I was going to do something stupid that was going to embarrass me. I remember that I was walking into school. I had lot of trouble getting my locker open.
It was like being in a nightmare all the time. I have gone through a lot during high school and I used to have a really hard time in high school. Over the four years i have grown so much. I started off very closed up. I didn't talk to many people and kept to myself.
Often times in a society where every aspect of life is dictated for you it is hard to find acceptance. In middle school I was beat up on a routine basis so most days I ate my lunch outside behind a wall. I had only one friend and even he didn’t hang out with me much. It wasn’t until I decided to come to cyber that I found a place where I fit in. 7th grade was particularly harsh in that I lost my only friend to suicide.

I was taking AP English III (my first advanced placement class) and was struggling to maintain composure. As I was assigned tons of work and essays each and every day, I began to break down. My peers considered me a nerd and that year I witnessed that it was true. One night, as I sat in bed, I began to become frustrated as I had piles of work to tackle from my English class. I cried and cried.
