Cleopatra changed Egypt by adding more and more territories to make Egypt more and more powerful. There are many people that have achieved accomplishments, but Cleopatra advanced Egypt into a one of the most powerful ruling cities by Rome. She formed alliances with the Roman Empire(s) and that is what had helped her with increasing Egypt into a bigger part in Rome and Egypt history. In the 21st century, she impacted society by boosting the cities that are now Egypt’s, and making Egypt bigger and stronger. There was between 1 and 2 million inhabitants in Egypt, and now in 2018 there are 99.38 million. But before we get into that, we have to go back to the beginning of the story. Since her brother was the king, he had a group of greedy advisors working for him and wanted Cleopatra out of the throne. Cleopatra knew her brothers plan. So, She went down the Nile to strengthen her power base. On her way down the Nile she found herself with the new Buchis bull. The Buchis bull is the Egyptian god of war which was originally named Montu. She accompanied the new Buchis bull to it’s new temple near the city of Thebes in the Upper Egypt. That’s when her brother finally mastered his plan and had Cleopatra taken of the throne. As Cleopatra was ready to strike at her brother she heard a word going around that the Roman Emperor was in the Palace of Egypt. Which made her think that she can’t barge in with an army or else she might send the wrong message to Caesar. So, instead held back and had a different plan. If Cleopatra could get in the palace to speak with Caesar than that means she could form an alliance with him and that could help her with her army. She had a plan, since there were Palace guards around the Palace she snuck her way in by rolling herself in a red carpet and have one of her dependable servants sneak her in by telling the guards that it was a present for Caesar. Once in the room with Caesar out she rolled, and they soon were a couple. Shortly after that, the little king found out that Cleopatra and Caesar were teamed up, he threw a huge tantrum and ran outside, launched his crown and yelled that he was being double-crossed, but instead of the Egyptians being embarrassed about their king they actually surrounded him and encouraged him on. The Romans tried fixing the damage but the damage was already done. Then the little king and his advisors spread rumors that Cleopatra was going to hand over Egypt. Now with that rumor going around, the people of Alexandria hated Caesar and Cleopatra. To calm things down
