In 1914, Henry Ford cut down hours from his 11-12 hours of working in his factory. He changed his hours to 8 hours of workday, but he also doubled the payments for the workers. Ford saw his profits were doubled within two years since he changed the hours. That proves working for so many hours it won't be as much as you be doing with less hours.
