Henry Knox had a huge impact on the Revolutionary War for many reasons and here are just some of them. Henry Knox was born in Boston Massachusetts on July 25, 1750. His education was Boston Latin School. His job before the war was a clerk in a Boston Bookstore. He had a very important relationship with General George Washington, as Knox was his secretary of war. Henry Knox’s most important contribution was when he brought 2,500 men and 18 artillery pieces across the Delaware River and back to and from the battle of Trenton.
