I am here today to inform you that it would be better for Rome to let Julius Caesar live. I made this decision because not only does Caesar help the city of Rome, but he was also fair to the people of Rome, and was was a highly notable military leader. Caesar is helping Rome so much so there is no need for us to kill him off. Caesar should live because he is so helpful to the people of Rome. First off, he spent a lot of time and hard work and money just to make Rome seem less poor. Building more recreation for the Romans will only seem like we have less people living on the side of the road. Next, Caesar also helped make Rome the center of an empire. I have seen his army defeat and conquer many other places to add on to the city of Rome. Lastly, “He wrote new laws and changed and improved how to rule provinces of the empire.” Now, how might that hurt Rome. For all we know it will help us. He gives land to the poor. Now, I don’t know about anybody else but ever since the poor people of Rome had received land, it seems like they have gotten a little bit more money and less poor from what they used to be. On top of Caesar giving land to the poor, he also saved Brutus from death. I know Brutus may want to kill Caesar, but saving a senator says something good about him. Finally, Caesar spent a lot of work, time, and money making recreation for people in Rome. I have seen him and a group of others make recreation for people.
