The third Monday of January, each year, is the day in which people living in the United States of America honor Martin Luther King Jr. and his influence on how African Americans live and are seen in our world today. It is a day in which we are all supposed to come together and realize how far we’ve developed towards racial equality instead of discriminating or treating a person unjustly because of their skin color or race, and how Martin Luther King Jr. contributed to this development.
