A man afraid, clueless on what to do. A police man following him down the road at a high speed like chase like a dog chasing a cat. The man stops, and a beating goes down. Police brutality has been an ongoing problem since before the 1960s. Since the beginning of this kind of brutality, it has caused too many deaths and beatings to innocent and non-innocent people. Evidence of a beating wasn't to be captured till the video camera, which was invented in the 19320s-30s or once the camera was invented in 1839. A man who has seen what the law can do because he was once convicted: “King was 25 and on parole after a robbery conviction in March 1991” (“Rodney King Dead at 47”). Rodney king has had multiple runs into the law. Rodney wasn't as wise as he was before the incident because what he had lived was nothing compared to what he had felt during the incident of his beating. “ ‘The trouble that (people) see me in is a part of my life that I'm working on,’ he said in 2011. ‘I'll always have an issue when it comes to alcohol.
