The French Revolution started July 14, 1789 in France and endured till Nov 9, 1799. The French Revolution lead to the abolishment of a monarchy and turned it into a republic. The fundamental causes of the French Revolution were social imbalance, political injustice, and economic instability. Socially, France had an unequal distribution upon the 3 estates. Politically, the monarchy was over thrown and turned into a republic.
The French Revolution was from 1789 through 1799. The French Revolution had many bad causes to it and many people hated it. The french people had many good reasons to revolt on such as unequal tax burdens, they had financial crisis, and they also had a weak monarchy which brought many problems. Having the French Revolution changed France in many ways.
The French and Indian war took a tole on the British. When the war ended they were already wore down and weak. This made the actions of the colonists more effective. Because of the debt there economy was not strong.
It is our opinion that the one event that had the most significant role in causing the American Revolution was the French and Indian War. We believe this because the French and Indian war helped the colonists in the Revolutionary War. For those reasons we feel that the French and Indian war had the most significant role in the cause of the American Revolution. . The first reason why we think the French and Indian war had the most significant role is because the British started imposing tax on the American colonists.
The American Revolution The French and Indian War impacted the American Revolution in many ways. Britain incurred a large debt from the cost of the war and the taxes that they imposed on the colonists created feelings of anger and rebellion that led to the revolution. As a result of the French and Indian war, the British were not at full strength which allowed the actions of the colonists to be more effective. Because of the outcome of the war, France was willing to help the colonists. Without the much needed help from the French the colonist may have never won the war.
Overall, the French Revolution occured because of horrendous treatment of the third estate. Unfair taxation, an obvious bias towards the upper classes, and an inadequacy of change for the better was what caused it to happen. Unfortunately, a vast amount of lives were lost to this hopeless

The Revolution started in 1789 and ended in 1799 and was mainly initiated by the conditions affecting the Third Estate. Louis XVI was predominately the king during this time period but little did he know that an uprising among the peasants was happening. The French Revolution was caused by the Enlightenment ideas because of the American Revolution, the knowledge of rights, and the questioning of France’s government. The American Revolution was basically the “fire” that ignited the change the Third Estate wanted to see in their country.
The French Revolution was almost an exact replica of the American Revolution. The French were also and oppressed people and wanted a change. The French were under a monarchy so the only option they had was to overthrow their king a create a republic. Their society was split into two groups. You had the Upper class society and the Pheasants.
The French and American revolutions have some similarities and differences including government, ability of citizens to participate in government, taxes, enlightenment ideas, constitution, goals, and outcomes. This coincides with James Otis’s phrase, “taxation without representation is tyranny,” which led to, “no taxation without representation.”

It is necessary for one to acquire knowledge of these events in our past to make sense of why we are the way we are today. Both wars had the same main ideas and purpose, but there are details and factors that are different, still each thrived and prospered in their goals for freedom. The similarities America and France had in their Revolutions included the early events and causes, excellent military leaders who led them to success, and the documents made such as The Declaration of Independence and The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen.
France has always had a lively history and has consistently been a pivotal part in Europe. None so prevalent as when this country constantly experienced revolutions during a 60 year period. Revolution, by definition, is the overthrow of one government or a new and hopefully improved one, but from 1789 to 1848 France had terrible governments followed by just as terrible revolutions and nothing seemed to work for them. In fact it was as if France never truly progressed in all of that time. Meanwhile, all of their revolutions sparked others in different countries across the continent, some actually led to real results.
The French revolution is considered to be the most significant and effective event in the history. It changed the lives of many peoples and changed the future. Since people of France were under the control of the King they wanted to get rid of French government to eliminate power of the king. There were numerous other factors that also lead the French to the revolution. There were also many social unfairness among the taxes between the estates.
