The Polis had changed throughout the history, change its culture and civilization during its rise and fall. The Polis rise centered in Greece, then Polis fall as a crisis. That then the rise and fall. Greece had many leaders, philosophers, and elites that shaped Greece, Socrates is a great example he was a philosopher who helped change the view in Polis. The Polis centered Greece had started on their culture, civilization ideas, politics, and warfare. The Polis in Greece main idea was based on self-sufficiency. The politics were put ideas as citizenship over kin & tribe which then wider citizenry develops over time. Less need for the aristocratic hero if he can be defeated by the phalanx of common citizens. The politics of the polis was assembled between the polies as Sparta has the assembly of all citizens. The authority or political role for all on some level of politics. The poles were more egalitarian, the ideas of citizenship, socialism, egalitarian were really important for the poleis. The citizenship implies a certain equality on the political level at least. For socialism, it was anti-social aristocratic values channeled from war to drama, athletics. Thee view of egalitarian focused on the values of a phalanx. That means because with egalitarian they can go towards greater social and political equality by that they use the values of a phalanx.
