Macbeth Analysis
In the play Macbeth the main character Macbeth tries to become king by doing various bad things including killing his close friends and the former king. Also, Lady Macbeth helps Macbeth by persuading him into the fire killing of King Duncan. This act made Macbeth the new king of Scotland. In the play Macbeth written by Shakespeare Lady Macbeth changes from being courageous to having fear, and this is shown by her sleepwalking and the way she talks, and she also shows differences from the beginning of the book. …show more content…

For example, at the start after Macbeth kills King Duncan she is being braver while Macbeth acts like a coward. However, towards the end of the book it changes to be the opposite. In addition, at the end of the play when Lady Macbeth is sleepwalking she says, “All the perfumes in Arabia can’t wash away the smell of blood from my hands.” (Shakespeare V. i). This signifies that she feels guilty about what she has done. However, this is different from the beginning of the book because she feels very brave and that Macbeth is the one being a coward. For, example in Act one scene 7 Lady Macbeth says she would take her baby and throw it on the ground. This shows how ruthless she was and that she changed to become less ruthless but
