The creation of the Constitution was because the Articles of Confederation, it created major important history of the constitutional convention, and it was created for many reasons.

Meaning, every state was civilized to its freedom, but joined together to have a common defense, security, and general welfare. The southern states then made two ideas they gave in; one was to ban congress from taxing exports. The second one was to not allow congress to ban slaves. During, these debates none of the people contributed because they either agreed or disagreed. They came to a compromise saying that congress could not tax exports and no law could be passed to ban the slave trade until 1808.
