The Nazi regime killed about six million jews during the holocaust. During the 1940s German authorities targeted Jew and many other people, they would be put in death camps and forced to do hard labored. The atrocities the Jewish people had to face was terrifying. Going day after day not knowing if you will be the one selected to die;having your love ones die and suffer. Doing hard labor and very little food.
Holocaust The website " The Holocaust; Facts and Figures" says how approximately 6 million Jews were killed during the holocaust and about 1.1 million Jews were Killed too. Hitler was the leader of the Germans. Hitler would tell the Germans to kill the Jews, they attacked Jews because the Nazis considered them a race, also because they thought Jews were the cause of losing world war I. The Nazis also wanted some land so they thought that by getting rid of the Jews they would be able to keep their land.
World war ll was a very tragic war that resulted in 6 million Jews being murdered, The Nazis are to blame. Hitler not only wanted to kill the Jews, but torture them and force them to work in brutal conditions. Hitler's reason for the was to create a “perfect race”. If the Jews were not able to work they would send them to a gas chamber to kill them off quickly. Jews were beaten, whipped, shot, gassed, and burned.
Secondly, the issue of having to conform due to pressure is explored in both the movie and the novel. To begin with, the time spent in the concentration for some people was incredible. In some cases, people would spend 2 to 3 years in a concentration camp, but for those few unlucky souls, they could spend up to 12 YEARS in an array of concentration camps.
Millions of Jewish people were murdered in concentration camps by the Dictator of Germany. Adolf Hitler. This horrible event happened between the times 1933 and 1945. During this people experienced lots of hardships such as death, torture, isolation, beatings, and starvation. Even through these hardships the way people found strength to endure the Holocaust.
Just under 7 million people died in POW/concentration camps. In Germany, Hitler ordered for all Jewish people to be captured and put into concentration camps, which broke the Geneva Convention and ended up killing more than 6 million. Hitler thought that Aryans (a type of race) were superior and that he needed to expand the Aryan population. Many say this is what motivated his attack on Poland which caught more than 5 million people in crossfire. The conditions the Jews were put in were only matched by the Japanese brutality for their prisoners caught in the Pacific which ended up killing 11 of the 27 thousand people that were captured.
During the Holocaust, in the 20th century, Jews and many others that practiced judaism were discriminated. Hitler was the leader of the Holocaust along with many others. Hitler’s idea was that the aryan race was pure and Jews, because of their appearance, were not. Resistance to the Holocaust Families were separated at once when they arrived at the concentration camps. For Hitler, exterminating the Jews from German life was needed for the advancement of Germany. In addition, the first major step toward the Holocaust was the creation of ghettos throughout Germany. Resistance was a principal element of the Holocaust because of the uprisings, partisans, and defiance.
Was Hitler a Ruthless tyrant, masterful tactician, or a cowardly leader? The Holocaust was the systematic persecution and murder of around six million Jews by Hitler and the Nazi party. First the Jews were first regularly transported by trains to extermination camps, there were killed in gas chambers. This continued until April–May 1945.
People that could have Stopped the Holocaust The Nazis killed two-thirds of all the Jews living in Europe. The Holocaust affected many people all around the world. It mostly affected the Jews the most. Many people including Allied countries, SS officers are responsible for this horrific event.
Similar to the first World War, World War II was a dispute between powers and or countries and involved the death of million of civilians and militants of those disputing countries. There are many events that have made World War II significant and i will show you in this essay. World War II started basically because of one of the most known killer in the world Adolf Hitler. His role in the Holocaust is greatly significant because of the way that he punished, treated, and through of jews using concentration camps. In concentration camps jews were gassed, imprisoned and forced to do things that they didn't want to like forced labor.
This was such a tragic time in history and we should all be thankful that our world isn 't like this. The Concentration Camps were made because Hitler hated the jews and wanted to kill all and they were kind of brainwashing them to tell them it is a wonderful place to live. When they were making the camps the Nazis would go around just shooting people for no reason. So Hitler and the Nazis captured the majority of the Jews and put them into these camps saying they should be here and that they deserve to died and it is all their fault.
6 million Jewish citizens were killed. To put that in perspective, about 6 million people live in El Salvador. More people were killed in the Holocaust than the population of New Zealand, Denmark, or Finland. Another reason is because many of the people following Hitler did not pay a price for their actions.
Hitler’s final solution to the Jews was mass genocide. His plan would result in the genocide of the German Jewish population and its territories. His plan called for the systematic extermination through the use of gas chambers. He eliminated the Slavs population because, just like the Jews, Hitler believed them to be racially inferior to the naturalized Germans.
