According to research, reading, and class notes Franklin D. Roosevelt was the most successful President. He made America into a superpower. He made the New deal, and he was a honest president. His reign in office came at, by the far and away, the most difficult time in American history. Not only did he accept the challenges at hand, he rose to the occasion and took this country to another level.
Franklin D. Roosevelt created the New deal. The New Deal was one of the most successful things Franklin D. Roosevelt created. The New Deal was meant to deliver relief to those unemployment, farmers, to agriculture and business. His main focus was to put people to work. The New Deal was the ultimate “revolution” providing lasting reforms like Social Security and the Fair Labor Standards Act, and establishing precedents that continue to shape the lives of millions of Americans to this day. During this time he created confidence to people. When he did his fireside talks he would talk about what problems were going to be fixed. Franklin D. Roosevelt restore Americans confidence. People were really hard headed during this time even though he had polio and was in a wheel chair talking to many Americans; Manny Americans believed in his words of what was he going to realize to finished poverty to the United States. Without the New deal we do not know where this country would be standing at this time. This incredible impacted the United States. You can clearly see how well liked Franklin D. Roosevelt was. He was the only president elected more than one time. Economically, he became president during the Great Depression, which impacted not only the United States, but was felt world-wide. He established many programs and pushed laws through Congress that are still in force today
