How Is Lady Macbeth Aristotle Tragedy

Aristotle's idea of a tragedy places the lead role, a noble protagonist in a highly stressful situation which leads to the protagonist making a fatal flaw. Macbeth is a great example of a Aristotle tragedy. One noble in 11th century scotland, named Macbeth hears from three witches that he will be promoted to third in command as the title of Thane of Cawdor and will eventually be crowned as Monarch. Soon after he hears about his future he is told that he has become Thane of Cawdor. After realizing that his fate was put into motion, he and his wife, Lady Macbeth decide to intervene his future and kill king Duncan to start his reign. Throughout the play, Macbeth and Lady Macbeth deviate from how they began in the play. Lady Macbeth begins as a evil woman who convinces her innocent husband to kill Duncan to gain the power of kingdom. But as the play progresses she becomes haunted by her actions and kills herself. Her innocent husband becomes corrupt with power and evil and destroys all in his path.
