15th Amendment: The 15th amendment is allowing African Americans to have a right to vote. That a United States citizen should have a right to vote despite their race, color, or any other things that would forbid them for voting. This impacted Americana because it started to allow those american citizens to feel equal and for them to actually voice their opinion when one had one.
