Moe your breakfast is pretty good on what you eat, you just have to work on your proportions. You eat way too much in general and you need to cut it down on how much food you consume. Everyday the “healthy” amount of calories is 2000, you are eating at least 2500 to 3000 which is very unhealthy. Your second day breakfast is perfect the correct amount and is a good variety of food. All the other days are okay, but have way too much food. You don’t need to eat 4 thick cut slices of bacon. Bacon is very fatty and unhealthy; add on the fact that you are eating 4 THICK cut slices of it. Just imagine how much fat is coming from that bacon.
