My successful complex higher duties in different business lines demonstrate my ability to adapt quickly to new work environment even at short notice. My current higher duty role expands my perspectives concerning the timely and effective management of mailbox and filing in accordance with business requirements. I promptly responded to their enquiries and provided guidance to directly assist and develop foreign investors understanding of these policies. I have assisted my senior supervisor to liaise with the checking of our newly registered foreign real estate and agricultural land forms to validate recording including responsibility to manually enter notifications advised by email through our on-line system. Vetting of the land registry forms including database clean up was a challenging process. Most of these online submissions by the external parties were incomplete, submitted in the wrong format or the insufficient details coded for the database system to accept for recordkeeping. This created a backlog that jeopardised the timely completion of the land registration report required by Treasury. To address this issue, I:  provided a briefing to my team manager outlining my concerns about our database problem  proposed options to resolve this system difficulty, including addressing issues concerning electronic acceptance of information  initiated and consulted the database programmer on how to streamline the land registering form to make downloading of the form more proficient  set up a team meeting to discuss this
